Added additional 8' of High-Density WW LED tape lighting over Florence Yard. This addresses comment from 4/15 about the lighting there. Added permanent "shade" angles on upper level lighting at the peninsula "end cap" to reduce glare when observing from adjacent aisles.Last week the AL&E Access database was reconfigured for the Locust Grove layout and operating plan.
