Work Session #13: Enormous milestone: First locomotive moved under its own power in West Staging Reverse Loops and first block east. It was controlled by "wireman" Bill Wurtzell who completed wiring the Staging Panel. The locomotive was a brand new Atlas MP15DC from leasing company CITX (with ESU sound).
