After communicating with Dick B. @ RR-CirKits, repair made to OIB-8 (#8) board that had an "intermittent defective" port. It had a bad solder connection on the SMD capacitor for that port; electronic tiny point soldering pencil did the trick! They are returning the one sent for repairs because their check found nothing wrong and did not include checking the caps. At Dick's suggestion I will. Discovered unbonded rail joiners on helix that need attention.
